3 tablespoons Mitmita
3 tablespoons Ird (Turmeric)
3 tablespoons ground ginger
3 cups of fresh pineapple (frozen optional)
4 cups orange juice
1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated (optional, for an extra kick!)
Chop fresh pineapple into bite-size pieces.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, makes about 6 cups.
