Orders placed after noon (12PM) PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after noon (12PM) PST on Friday will ship out Monday.

PLEASE NOTE that all orders containing face masks have a 2 days processing time before order is shipped out.

We are delighted to inform California (San Francisco Bay Area) residents that we now offer local delivery within specific zip codes. At this time, we have selected to begin offering local delivery options closest to home. With time, we look forward to expanding our delivery services to more zones within the Bay Area cities and the larger California area. Below are a list of zip codes we currently deliver to:

Please note that only products with the vendors listed as Elliewan or In-House are currently available for local delivery. With time, we intend to make our delivery service available for products sold by other brands. However, for the time being, products listed for other brands will be fulfilled directly by their company. As such, standard shipping times and prices will be applicable.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

    We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our domestic or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
